Is favoured by business travellers because of the generator which provides immediate power in the event of central power failing, thus laptops can used with confidence. Though built as a residence by a trader in the last century, the building has been used as an hotel on-and-off since the early 1990s. Now owned by a Family which runs the island's major construction company. Alcohol is not served.
Accommodation
There are a mix rooms, some with shared facilities, but the majority are self contained. The decoration is not imaginative, but adequate, and all rooms are airconditioned.
